The house is located in a quiet residential street, with no through traffic, and at a lower level than the main tourist streets. Ideally situated to walk a few metres to the Tram Station, the free car park, the ordinary shops and bars, and the beach, or walk up to the tourist area with its church, open squares and bar terraces, and unbelievable views.

The Mirador 360 is newly refurbished, with new bathroom and kitchen. It has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. It is ideal for one or two couples or two adults and two children. It is a quiet street where we all respect our neighbours. Many expats spend their winters here. It offers comfort, elegance, and unparalleled 360 degree views. The sitting room is located on the third floor and has windows on all 4 sides. The rooftop terrace is spectacular for sunbathing in or out of the sun.

Long Stay Winter Lets
The Mirador has been refurbished to make it an ideal long-term winter let. Some guests stay from September to April. Others stay from September to mid December. Some others stay from September to late December; go home for Christmas and return in January for another 3 months. We do not accept bookings of less than 1 month.
Renting the Mirador
The minimum rental period for the Mirador 360 is 1 month (but not less than 31 days). You can of course stay for a shorter period, but the house will remain unlet for that period. The minimum rental charge for that period is 1,900 euro, with additional charges for utilities. Consult us for rates for Xmas New Year and Easter. The price is discounted for stays longer than one month.
The maximum rental period is 6 months.
Access to the house by car
There are various routes to the house. The locals drive to the door, but visitors find that a little daunting as the streets are old. However, there is another route that is simply a turn off the main road, up a little hill and park at the bottom of 12 steps up to the house. All the neighbours park there .

Accessibility
Altea is a town of steps. If you don't already know that, then you should now! Also, the house is 3 storeys - easy stairs with handrail, but not suitable for those with limited mobility.

A tranquil atmosphere perfect for unwinding and escaping the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Parking
The house is located a short distance for a huge free of charge public car park, where you can park all week long free of charge. The only restriction is when the weekly market is on every Tuesday.

Take the Tram
The Denia to Alicante Tram stop is situated right in the middle of one of the town squares - Unbelievable ! For a few euro travel over the hills and valleys, with wonderful views, to any number of local towns, including Alfas del Pi, Teulada, Benidorm, La Marina Shopping Centre (the stop is actually in the back carpark of the Centre!

The house is fully furnished for 4 people to live comfortably for up to 6 months at a time.
